OUT! Informal science education venues in the USA (not schools please; see below) may request one copy of these videos (one request per institution please, while supplies last). Please include your name, job title, telephone number, email address, institution name, and institution mailing address (no home addresses, please) in your message. Be sure to note in the message that you’re requesting the video DVDs; we use this request form for other things now and then. Special Bonus while supplies last: Our colleagues in the European Space Agency (ESA) Hubble Outreach Office have produced a very elaborate video DVD of their own, entitled Hubble: 15 Years of Discovery. It is narrated in English with subtitles available in a variety of European languages. Because we contributed to the production we have some copies of the disc and, while supplies last, we’ll send one along with every request for our DVD. Please note that the ESA DVD is produced in the European PAL video format, which is not compatible with American NTSC DVD players and video monitors/TVs. However, you should be able to play it on a good computer DVD player program. (The disc is not region encoded.) And that’s not all! While our supply of recordable DVDs (and time to make dups) holds out, we will also send you an additional 3-minute video on its own DVD. This video, A Hubble Overture, features historic footage of astronauts visiting and servicing Hubble, set to stirring music. This was originally produced as a preamble to the national unveiling of two new Hubble images on April 25, 2005. Educators (including school teachers) may make a duplicate of the DVD from master copies available at NASA Educator Resource Centers. Educators unable to visit a NASA Educator Resource Center may purchase a duplicate of the DVD from NASA Core. Other available formats for some videos: VHS Tape Betacam SP Tape
